At PRRABHUTVA, we take great care in ensuring that your gems and jewelry are delivered safely. However, we understand that damages can sometimes occur during transport. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are applicable.

1. Eligibility for Return

1.1 Damage During Transport: Returns are only applicable if the product is damaged during transport. To qualify for a return, you must provide a detailed unboxing video that clearly shows the damage to the product.

1.2 Unboxing Video Requirement: The unboxing video must be continuous, starting from the unopened package to the revealing of the damaged product. The video must not be edited or altered in any way. Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process a return.

2. Return Process

2.1 Contact Us: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or if you wish to return and exchange a product you may send it via mail or drop it at our store within 7 days if not unboxed or used,You can reach our customer support team at contact@prrabhutva.com or call us on 9503310726.

2.2 Submit Proof: Provide the unboxing video and any additional details about the damage to our support team. Once we review the video and confirm the damage, we will proceed with the return process.

2.3 Return Approval: Upon approval, we will issue a return authorization. You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us at your own cost . We will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Approval: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Refund Method: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days once we receive the item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without a valid unboxing video.
  • Products that are not damaged during transport.
  • Customized or personalized items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges during a certain time frame with restocking fee of 3%. If your item is damaged, you can request a return and refund, and place a new order if you wish to purchase the product again.
